DELIVERY
We aim for all orders to be processed the same or following working day, where possible. Please allow for possible delays during busier periods e.g. Christmas, Sales, Bank Holidays etc. We do not guarantee a next day shipping service however there are multiple options you can pick from depending on the speed you'd like your parcel.
Please note as we strive to be environmentally friendly and promote recycling, some items may be shipped in re-used/up-cycled cartons/boxes, and we will strive to re-use all packaging where we can such as bubble wrap, hive wrap, packing peanuts & more!

Any customs charges are to be settled by the customer, if parcel is returned to us due to non payment of any charges occurred then postage will not be refunded.
COLLECTIONS
Collection is completely free from 9 Fossard Gardens, Swinton, Rotherham, S64 8FB. Please assure your mobile number is left on your order to enable us to arrange collection for your order.
We can also offer free collection from HQ Just Wicks, Century Business Centre, Manvers Way, Wath-upon-Dearne, S63 5DA - please contact us if you wish to collect from this location.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We're more than confident that you will love your products, however if an item arrives which is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to offer an exchange, or refund if the item is out of stock. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may ask for details and or images of the damaged items. Please note you must be able to print your own label to process any faulty/damage returns.
If you change your mind on a product, then you are entitled to return the product to us, providing it is new and in an unused condition. The return postage must be sent tracked, and the postage cost must be covered by the customer. We will not refund the original postage cost, and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
All personalised items are non returnable unless faulty

DELAYED/MISSING ORDERS
In the extremely unlikely event that your order is delayed or missing our policy with our shipping providers is that we have to wait at least 5 working days since the last point of movement to open a case. Please do not contact us before this time as we cannot do anything until this timeframe has passed.
